New assisted living suites available for hospital-level care

A new extension at Sarah Selwyn Hospital (Selwyn Village, Point Chevalier) has recently opened, with ten additional ensuite rooms now available for residents who require hospital-level care.

As part of the expansion, four premium assisted living suites have been introduced which are available to purchase under an Occupation Right Agreement.  Each open-plan suite is spacious and well-appointed and includes kitchenette, dining/lounge area, flat-screen TV, Sky TV/Freeview connections, private entrance and a large bathroom with walk-in shower.
