Donna is an experienced manager, with six years working within the retirement sector, both for The Selwyn Foundation and for other retirement village and residential care operators. She has also had formal education and training as a senior residential caregiver, activities/events coordinator and as a retail proprietor.
Donna’s style is to be caring and supportive, friendly and welcoming, and she fosters a one-to-one, personal approach with all her residents. Her door is always open and she enjoys working closely with residents in order to create a successful, happy village that everyone wants to be a part of.
