Chaplaincy
The Selwyn Foundation provides chaplains at every village location. Some chaplains work full-time, and some are on call 24 hours a day for residents, if needed.
Chaplains are ordained ministers of the Anglican church. Their outreach, while Christian, is to all elderly residents, irrespective of the residents' religious affiliations.
Chaplains aim to ensure all residents and staff are valued, and their spiritual and pastoral needs are nurtured.
Chaplains also conduct services at the chapels on Selwyn village sites.
