Lichfield Towers, Selwyn Village
Originally built as rental and rest home accommodation, this tower was fully refurbished as a modern 48 apartment complex in 2002. Lichfield’s six storeys gaze out over the Waitemata, and provide one and two bedroom apartments, secure carports and storage. A lap pool, library, computer room, gym, function room and dining room are also located within the building.
