Selwyn Park, Whangarei

There are fourteen independent, single level villas in Sutton Close - the independent living precinct of Selwyn Park Village. Sutton Close has its own access down two lanes from the main road.

Each villa is large, up to 100 square metres (1,000 square feet) in size, with two bedrooms and a carport. Bathrooms are large and there is a laundry in each unit. There is storage adjacent to the car park.

The villas are spacious and bright, and some have thermostat-controlled central heating.
