Management Consultancy


The Selwyn Foundation offers management consultancy services for providers of retirement villages, and care for the elderly.

The Foundation will provide:

  • an assessment of systems, processes, policies and compliance within an aged care organisation
    advice and guidance in the implementation of new systems, processes, policies
  • specifications for new facilities, new building projects and refits – for both independent living and care facilities

    Management Consultancy services also include ‘turnaround management’.  The Foundation is experienced in providing advice where organisations are struggling financially, and need to improve their bottom line performance.
