Officially part of Selwyn Village, though located on Auckland’s North Shore, the Selwyn Cottages are in one of the most sought after areas of the city. The 12 cottages are spacious two bed room villas, designed for independent retirement living.

Snuggled together with charming gardens, and set in a quiet street in Birkenhead, the Hansen Close cottages are available through occupation rights agreements.

Although not close in location to Selwyn Village, the cottages are close in spirit. Residents are entitled to use the amenities and facilities at Selwyn Village and be involved in the village’s social outings and activities. Handy-man services are available but meals catering, cleaning and laundry and laundry services must be purchased from outside if they are required.
