There are currently 133 apartments at Selwyn Village. Lichfield Towers: Originally built as rental and rest home accommodation, this tower was fully refurbished as a modern 48 apartment complex in 2002. Lichfield’s six storeys gaze out over the Waitemata, and provide one and two bedroom apartments, secure carports and storage. A lap pool, library, computer room, gym, function room and dining room are also located within the building.
Bishop Selwyn Apartments: Opened in 2006, Bishop Selwyn’s 49 Apartments are predominantly two bedroom, many with balconies overlooking Selwyn Village’s gardens. These apartments feature well appointed kitchens, bathrooms and living areas. The building has a fully appointed lounge on the ground floor.
The Randerson Apartments were opened in 2009. This 36 apartment building has handsome, two bedroomed apartments with courtyards or terraces, each around 85 square metres (800 square feet) and with carparks.
Villas
Selwyn Village also has 42 independent living villas either separate or as duplexes. These are generous one or two bedroom units, with pleasant fit-outs, space, storage and carports or garages. They are mostly situated in their own community at Bambury Close and Kenneth Small Crescent.
