Selwyn Heights village has 71 units for independent retirement living, including apartments and villas.

The village is undergoing gradual redevelopment with new apartments and community facilities being built over the next ten to fifteen years.

Wilson Apartments
The Wilson Apartments are a modern apartment block built adjacent to Monte Cecilia Park. Apartments vary in size from studios with balconies (around 60 square metres) to one bedroom apartments of nearly 70 square metres (including balconies). All apartments are self contained, wheelchair friendly and have emergency response call bells.

The wonderful 26 apartment block – The McElroy Apartments - in the heart of Selwyn Heights is now open.
