Selwyn Oaks Villas

Selwyn Oaks Retirement Village consists of 16 brick clad, single level villas. These have charming gardens and are close to main community areas of the village.

Each villa has two bedrooms, with an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area. Each has a garage with internal access, and a separate laundry.

All villas have an emergency alarm system which connects to the nurses’ station in the adjacent Selwyn Oaks rest home and hospital.

The villas are spacious and bright, and they lead via well formed paths and driveways to Selwyn Oaks’ amenities.
