Selwyn St Andrews' 65 villas have one, two or three bedrooms. They are of modern construction and are light and bright. Each has a well set out kitchen, dining and lounge and most have garages or carports.

All villas feature wheelchair accessible showers with non slip floors and safety rails.

There is security lighting around the villas.

Several larger villas are grouped together on their own driveway off one of Cambridge’s better residential streets, forming a supportive, well thought out community.

A small community/activities room is available which includes a library and big screen TV for small group viewings. The adjacent St Andrew’s Church hall is used for bowls and larger gatherings and functions.

Selwyn St Andrews collaborates with another local charitable rest home and hospital to provide a weekly nurse clinic and 24 hour emergency alarm system monitoring. Meals and respite care can also be purchased from this source.
