The Selwyn Centre for Ageing and Spirituality also offers courses for health and aged care workers. Typically, these are workshops based and experiential. Courses are structured according to the needs of the group. Training courses are also scheduled and run regularly by The Selwyn Centre for Ageing and Spirituality at St John's College (Auckland).

Director of the Selwyn Centre for Ageing and Spirituality, Dr Chris Perkins, is also available to speak to groups about ageing and spirituality, and to lead training and workshops on request. To view content of some talks, click here.

Post graduate, distance learning programmes in ageing and pastoral care are provided by the Centre of Ageing and Pastoral Studies (part of the School of Theology, St Mark's National Theological Centre, Canberra, Australia, at Charles Sturt University) through The Selwyn Centre for Ageing and Spirituality. New Zealand students may enrol via The Selwyn Centre, and courses can be viewed at www.centreforageing.org.au
