About Us
The Selwyn Centre for Ageing and Spirituality is led by Dr Chris Perkins, MB ChB (Otago) FRANZCP, Diploma of Professional Ethics (Auckland).
She has been a psychiatrist for older people since 1992, and is currently working part time at Middlemore Hospital in addition to her role as director of The Selwyn Centre for Ageing and Spirituality.
Dr Perkins is also author of the book: Dementia: a New Zealand Guide.
